HIME RECORDER for iPhone
Start here if recording or AI processing does not work. If the issue remains, include your iPhone model, iOS version, and approximate time of occurrence.
Recording will not start
Allow HIME RECORDER under iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone. Confirm AirPods are connected before starting. If storage is low, free space first.
Transcript or summary is waiting
Check AI consent and transcription mode in Settings. Pending recordings retry when connectivity returns. A failed AI job does not delete the local recording.
Recover a recording
Tap the recovery button at the top of Home. The App also scans finalized chunks and session manifests at launch. The last portion being written at termination may not be recoverable.
